With all respect xan, I am having trouble with your posts. I think your cost numbers are a little off for the dvds for one thing. Another is this is not the SUV market. People will wait a year for a car they really want bud, they will not put up with crappy online rental service when there are plenty of (currently) better choices out there. Another point I would like to make, I do not believe we want to cater to the smaller portion of the market that watches older off the wall movies, most people are going to want what is "popular". As a business man you should know more than anybody that the media plays a huge role in people decisions today, including which movies they would like to watch. Just a thought... ;)
