It is pretty clear they were not working in our best interest. Former management is a joke. If the receiver wants to maximize shareholder value, there are a number of avenues. Former management had none of those ideas in mind. I'm still not sure why sharma showed up at the shareholder farce. Goodbye to former management, maybe we have someone handling things that can get some value for us. They at least have an impressive law firm. I'm thinking that listing a job in management at Calypso might not be something you want to put on a resume.
