If they didn't release any information of the Merger it would be a difference story. Yes, I understand lots of things going on behind the scenes but they owe us a Pr.

They have us scrambling to find our own DD about a concert 2 months away. How about some information on the MERGER whether good, bad or ugly.

We shouldn't have to guess if its dillution, shorting, inside selling, New shareholders buying. Tell us and let's move on.
