I'm confused....

You say you told Troy you weren't going to sell till it hit a penny and a half...

I sent him an email that I wasn't going to sell until it reached at least a penny and a half, and we all know it did an about face at .0129

So, it's safe to say you were pleased with your position.



But then you claim that you didn't report it the the SEC back then because you were protecting others?

If I'd reported his actions to me to the SEC, and filed a criminal complaint against HIM, of intentionally trying to entrap people into that scheme, then it wouldn't have been just a slow SEC investigation, but the stock could've been halted, and all those who made a lot of money back then, some of whom are now my detractors, most likely would've made nothing, but there were so many out there, including soldiers in forward positions, that I couldn't bring myself to do that to them.

So, were you protecting yourself....or others? Or was it just a timing issue?
