Expedite...means: to speed up, accelerate the process or action, to perform hastily.

Given that some cases against Government agency go on for decades
Expedite in the UWBK case could go on for years and still be EXPEDITED!!!!
A settlement will come when it comes. If in 90 days as MESA believes GREAT. If longer even months longer still GREAT especially if you are holding greater then a year Long Term Capital Gains 15%.
