It is possible and likely that SNEY will uplist within a few weeks of being current. The CE moniker is a feature of the pink sheets. Uplisting will essentially remove the CE mark. So, they can be as late as mid March with their last Q. I don't recommend this as it leaves little time for buffer as well as requires that the 10k be processed simultaneously (and we all know how well that goes). No, I expect them to release one Q this week and the last one next week. That will follow with an announcement of up-list and followed by a slew of status reports.
