Below is a letter I received in response to asking what I should tell my lawyer when I sue TDA for disallowing me trading of HNSS

Mr. XXXXXX,

I am sorry I was not able to reach you by phone on February 15, 2012, regarding your message from January 30, 2012. Currently you are not able to place opening transactions for Healthnostics Inc. Com (HNSS).

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is experiencing difficulty with HNSS's transfer agent. This means they may not be able to deliver shares if a client places an opening order. Without being able to promise the shares a client purchases will actually be received, TD Ameritrade has made a business decision to disallow opening transactions in HNSS.

If you wish to sell your shares, you may still do so online. If you experience difficulty, please call Client Services at 800-669-3900 and they will be able to help you place the trade.
