I think you are right about the Actavis-monopoly theory and why they are using Mikah as the middle man for Elite. Actavis (I believe) was sued or had the FDA issue mandates against them some years back for having monopolized certain generics making it unfair to other pharmas. They were forced to allow others into their market space so maybe that is why they are going this 3rd party route now.
