Logic dictates that something substantial must be wrong if not even 1 dispensary of the ten announced has not signed a contract.

No trial dispensary. Nothing.

A major red flag flies when a product has supposedly been produced yet not one person other than the company can verify this.

Forgive me for being pessimistic. It comes from experience with pinkies and what they do to raise money.

Maybe I'll be proven wrong. History suggests otherwise though.
