DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. (DealerTrack) is a holding company. The Company provides software solutions to automotive retail industry, including dealers, lenders, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and agents. Its dealer management system (DMS) provides dealers with tools and real-time data access, which streamline automotive business. Its sales and finance and insurance (F&I) solution enables dealers to streamline the entire sales process while structuring all types of deals from a single integrated platform. DealerTrack’s family of companies also includes data and consulting services providers. Each solution fits within four categories: DMS, Sales/Finance & Insurance, Inventory Management and Data Services. On January 31, 2011, the Company acquired triVIN Holdings, Inc. (triVIN). In February 2011, the Company acquired Polk's U.S. Price and Spec Business, including Polk's Vehicle Comparator Service. In October 2011, the Company sold its subsidiary ALG, Inc. to TrueCar, Inc.
