SEC COMPLAINT:

I'm willing to give KUNI one (1) more week or until the last day of February to come "Clean" with the stock holders and give us a real update as to exactly what the "Real Situation" currently is !

The is No Reason that KUNI or MAXWELL or Someone has not communicated with the stock holders since December 30, 2011; therefore, on Thursday, March 1, 2012, I will file a formal complaint with the S.E.C. I personally think it would be a good idea if several stock holders filed a formal complaint on the same day, such as 50 to 100 current stock holders. If that happened, we might just get the attention of the S.E.C. to start an immediate investigation into the entire situation !

In another 4 to 5 weeks from March 1, 2012, this has been going on for a FULL YEAR !
