the problem i'm having with these numbers is, over the last few weeks an awful lot of shares have traded hands. i added them up last week and over a half a billion traded in just a couple of weeks. companies with 111 milllion share floats don't trade that way. i'm not trying to bash here, i'm just trying to express my one and only reservation about this company.
on that 145million share day a lot of shares sold at .0005, but no retail investor, as i recall, was able to buy any. now it was suggested that this was some sort of offering to "institutional investors". that's fine. i'm all for a little company raising money to build their business, but i would like to know more about the details, if indeed, this is the case.
i think if the CEO were to claify this issue of "institutional investors" and what, if any, retrictions there are on their shares, this could go a long way towards calming retail investors. as someone else has stated here, we're all quite well versed on the trappings of the stinky pinkies. clarification would go a long way.
