Another "proof" that management was criminal at worse and inept at best. I believe t-mobile has provided clear evidence of management's breech of fiduciary duty. It would appear that T-Mobile, expected CLYW to continue to circle the drain to the point they wouldn't have to do anything. But, now they are worried that someone with the best interests of the maximizing the value of the patent is in charge.
