turning bearish, RUT has pierced bottom of 2.5wk evelope, that assume a continuation of upward channel, the only resolution is down move to test that channel boundry in high RUT660's, then a bounce and continue on the up channel or a bounce and breakdown of that channel. Channel lower boundry test should happen early next week.
