clowns????.....this Co put out a statement about the SPECIFIC IMPULSE of a reactionless drive.....those the clowns you mean???.....

in cased you missed it, that's an impossibility, since specific impulse is a measure of reaction-propellant performance by definition.....there are other issues in this claim that are absurd as well, such as the violation of conservation of momentum, etc, but when sentence-one contains a glaring example of a complete lack of understanding of the terminology by some self-proclaimed quantum wizards....well, that works too for the circus!!!!....

then there are reality benders (and condos!!!), claims of signal time travel, etc, etc.....this Co is the WORSE that I have ever seen for pseudoscience claims.....
