Not everyone is lactose tolerant or wants to spend 3.50 on a bottle of chocolate milk.This co's whole product is built around some study that Roy fell in love with about the effects of chocolate milk on recovery of athletes after a workout.If you read that report you will see its states that your just as well off drinking chocolate milk as some of these high priced post workout drinks..good luck, michael
