Muscle Milk tastes like shit..........there's no way around that. I bought some for my son last summer to drink after football practice and he sat there with muscle milk in one hand and a water in the other. Everytime someone gives Phase III a chance over Muscle Milk then , IMO, they will never ever go back to Muscle Milk. Period. :)
