Man...you are finding some good ones lately bro. I threw TOOT into my 'watch-list folder' on Valentines Day. Can't recall exactly why but it is the plays that have good pullbacks (i.e. tankers) with decent share structures. Could have also been 'unusual buy-side volume' with a good SS. I'll have to revisit that one and start putting notes in 'watch list posts'...Getting old...mind now as quick as it used to be...lol.
