I asked someone in ANTS ihub board why ANTS has Caveat Emptor and trading crazy.he responded about otcmarkets as below.

That is a private company that lists stocks. A lot of times companies pay them to have info listed. Some companies don't want to pay this blackmail money to get the info listed and they get the skull and crossbones on that site. Surprised the Feds haven't shut that site down.
