If we do get a PR, it will be a weak one with another empty forward looking statement. Using the "sell the news" rule, the PPS will tank following the empty PR. We need a solid progress report. There are no listings for anyone in my area, and I live 8 miles out of Chicago, one the largest cities in the nation.
