"truthful accounting of our investment" I assume you mean Amerienergygroup/Chapco. At least we know no BK filing was ever done and I gather that is the only way to "get rid of shares"

I think TCG was always private. It did obviously had an arm that went public.Vitallabs/AACORP/AE GROUP/AAPM,U and AE AG now finally back to the 2004 AmeriEG filing with Chapco.

But I agree someone somewhere is lacking in SH consideration big time.
