But.. Your Exactly Right on your description of the YMB..!

Everybody is entitled to their Opinion.. But, its almost like hearing opinions from Bi-polar people every single day..!
Then you have your Agenda Driven posters..
Not to forget the Conpiracy Theorists that come up with the Wildest & Darkest Theories..!
The Loonies that are there to Spam the Board..! So on & So forth..!


This last Offering Hurt everybody that was holding on to Shares
( Myself Included ).. But, so did the first one.. And we Rebounded Nicely..! Management is getting Things Done..

And do not get me Wrong.. I am not entirely Happy with the way things have happened.. Maybe if we had stuck to the Original Plan the PPS would be way higher.. But.. That does not mean this is the Wrong path.. Just a different one..

This Company is a TOTALLY Different Company from the one we first Invested in..!

And I mean that in a Good Way..! People seem to FORGET ( my theory is that this is where their Agenda comes in ) where this Company was back at the end of 2009..!

Nexmed had $500K in the Bank.. And this after it pretty much had given away Vitaros in the U.S. for $2.5 M Upfront & $2.5 upon Regulatory Approval.. So.. By December 2009, Nexmed had already burned through $2 M of those $2.5 M .. And was headed Straight for Bankrupcy..!

Do you think that Vivian Liu would have been able to sign Abbott Laboratories for the Canadian Rights to Vitaros for $16 M..?
When she had given away U.S. rights to Vitaros for $5 M ..!

Canada Sales for E.D. in 2010 were $180 M.. United States Sales for E.D. in 2010 were $2 B..!

Canada has 1/11 in E.D. sales in comparison to the United States..!

I see some are even Complaining about the $4 M Upfront from the 2 Deals that have been signed Year to Date ( Abbott & Novartis )..
I Estimate around a $10 M cash burn in 2011.. Just the Upfront on these two Deals offset 40% of my Estimated Cash Burn for 2011..!

I will let time be the Judge of the path that was Choosen.. Not these Agenda driven posters..!
