DD THREAD FOR A QUICK LOOK

Guys sometimes you just have to connect the dots.

This is a very complicated deal with property, patents, all kinds of intellectual rights. Perhaps they've decided on an all-out buyout, no one knows what's going on with that side of things. So, all we can go off is what we DO KNOW right? Speculating is fun and all but that's all it is. I speculate this is going to be bigger and better than anyone ever imagined. There are other that think its the end of the road for OPMG and everyone has allready lost.

So instead of guessing on what's gonna happen, let's stop and pause for a second and spend a few minutes re-evaluating what we DO KNOW, GOOD and BAD. The only thing we know for certain about the future of this company is that we certainly don't know anything for sure. Let's make a list of all optimistic DD and pessamistic DD, that way the newbies can see for themselves and decide for themselves by measuring the risks vs rewards here.

You already know the conclusion I have come to but that's me and I could be wrong but I'm guessing I'm not wrong or I wouldn't touch this. In my opinion the risk of being wrong is far less than the reward for being right. Some people have questioned where the PPs will be if all deals are a go and IMO its .15 to .25 within a month of news.

Anyways, I know I don't post here much but I'm always checking in and I think it would be amazingly constructive to make a list of pros vs cons of where we are right now. I will start the list and I think we can all add to it and sticky a final list. I think it would be helpful to satisfy a lot of peoples woes.

Positives:
We have Justin Beiber - #1 spokesman in the world.

We have several BIG names involved here in the company and BOD. Why would they get involved to tank this co?

Dwight Howard & Cole Aldridge recently invested in OPMG

We have full international property rights and patents.

We have a huge promo coming up next month that involves our team. One that appears to be well planned for going viral towards their target market.

The price is at a 52 week low (could be looked at as a negative as well but if you're a believer its great news).

There was mention of Phoneguard/Beiber in recent interview leading us to believe things are moving forward behind the scenes.

Negatives:
There was a merger deadline for 2-12 and we still don't know anything.

There appears to be dilution going on.

There has been a huge lack of communication from the company. Make of that what you will, could be good or bad reasons for it).

There has been a past of constant failures to hard launch and failure to follow thru on what shareholders feel are missed opportunities.

END of my list. I know there are a ton more and I would like to see everyone add their positives and negatives not already listed. For me, my dots are connected towards big things coming. Too many big players involved to say OPMG going to fail anytime soon. You shouldn't be here if you don't at least understand the extensive and mostly unfair manipulation with pink stocks. It is my opinion we have that here. I have many years of reading data and there is definitely some force keeping the PPS down and it is not just dilution if any.

Let's quit the back and forth, its confusing and difficult to keep up with. Let's all pitch in, look at ALL positives and negatives and believe me when we are done it will give us all time to reflect on what's really going on. We may feel better or worse but I do believe we will have more conviction either way.

I sent a message yesterday strictly from a consumer standpoint as I plan on possibly purchasing phoneguard or izup once I get confirmation, etc. of their business plan. I asked about possible changes, etc. to the software since there was a merger in the news. I didn't want to buy something now if changes were coming.....here was their response...

Notice they even metioned...."after the merger". They didn't discredit a merger one bit.
