?? Does the market give no value to mCOP? or even -ve value?
--------------------------------

The "mkt" misprices a lot. From my pov , it is a gift in disguise so most of the time I don't fret over it. The problem ,as I see it, is more of personal and psychological one. My problem is to resist and stay away from the stocks that are popular with the retailers but whose fundamentals , both financial and pipelinewise, are shaky and iffy .

Companies who look to me as offering a good, solid, fundamental value (like mnta) are often neglected, while crappy , bs stocks running on fumes (like VHC for ex) are actually rather popular with mr Mkt.

When I put 2+2 together, I must conclude that mr "Mkt" is nothing but a conglomeration of retailers whose foresight is short and whose tendency and instinct are most driven by the herding instinct. This crowding effect is so often accentuated by the internet. Whenever I go on yahoo msg boards I run across so many "naive" punters who are either long or short without any elementary knowledge of the security they are long or short.

Some are long because the vol increased 10X that day, and some are short because somehow arbitrarily they decided either the price has risen too far for their liking or has fallen precipitously (where they would have been better shorting before the price has fallen 90% but that would mean a certain knowledge about the company like Einhorn shorting Green Mnt coffee ) forgetting that price can stay irrational longer than they can hold out.

What if the court decision (teva vs mnta) happens before the mcopax approval and it is negative ? Then mnta will have to wait until 2014 to launch. What is your guess and estimate of the mcopax approval ?
To be clear, suppose mnta lost its case against teva on May 2012 and mcopax gets approved a week/month later , how much of a price increase do you think can happen ?
