No, Empire has no money to pay for a rig and given the past history between Hunt and Empire, there's simply no way Hunt will deal with them unless they receive a hefty (i.e. FULL) payment up front.

We're not talking "personal lines of credit" or "convertible notes" or "pinkie promises" either.

I hear the Space Shuttle has been demobilized as well... there's just as much chance of EEGC getting that.
