hey, no one put a gun to my head to invest in this company. I believed in the concept. I was hoping someone could pull the trigger. But no, corporate governance is more important to me than the actual business or the business model. Incompetence breeded the deal making and IRS problems and the incompetence continued until this day. Trust me, I have learned my lesson regarding the microcap industry.
