The Defendant list has all of Itronics sub-divisions.
At the time the list was made, John Whitney had created another sub and he named it Itronics Gold & Minerals. The purpose of that sub was described in the post.
Then in order to hide his gold property from NIR he created another sub for the same exact purpose and called it Auric Gold & Minerals. Essentially all he did was change the name...but now Itronics Gold & Minerals (listed on the Defendant list) has no assets. It's all in Auric Gold & Minerals (not on the Defendant list). From what I heard he was sweating bullets that Ribotsky and his lawyers would figure this out but they never did. It was a very sly move.
Then from February 2010 thru June 2011 he started acquiring mining claims in the Yerington district of Nevada. He got about 80% of the way thru staking and stopped last June then over 100 lode claims vanished without a trace. Nearly 2400 acres *poof*. And won't answer any questions about it. These are the kinds of games he plays. He's playing all of the NIR folks and his shareholders. He really has a sense of entitlement and must think he's above the law or something, I don't know.
