It seems unnecessary to contact an organization that deals with consumer complaints. Albeit, stock fraud is definitely rampant in the history of MediaG3, from its beginnings to its current state, consumer issues certainly are not here. Val has over $100,000 in judgments against MediaG3 and himself. Do you think he has the spare pocket change to join the Better Business Bureau? Why everyone shocked he is not a member? And, since he does not apparently have a way to actually purchase from him, it will be hard to file a consumer complaint. The SEC is who should be being contacted. I contacted the Meridian and Boise mayor's offices and was told both offices (that included mayors themselves) have no business dealings with or knowledge of Val Westergard or MediaG3.
