oh btw, i spoke to the CEO today:

mr. fong himself. he answered his phone after just two rings, and i was taken off guard. i don't know why i called without questions prepared...so i asked him these:

-what's going on with the company? why haven't we heard anything?

answer (kind of peeved): "well, i wouldn't say that that's fair, the company has actually been releasing regular 8K filings. i'd say that that's hearing something from us. we only report material events, and until there's a material event to report, then we can't release anything."

-right, but i mean...are you guys still in business? are things going on as usual?

answer: "i'm answering the phone aren't i? (laughs) we are very much still in business. if we were going out of business, that would count as a material event, and we would be required to inform the public."

-what's going on with brilliant digital? what are they doing with their shares?

answer: "well if you read the filings we've defaulted on our debt to brilliant digital entertainment, but we're also paying them back by selling source codes and certain assets. we're still doing such things, and as soon as we're told that those sales have cleared, we will file additional 8Ks as necessary"

-but what's going on with their shares? have they sold them?

answer: "since the shares belong to brilliant digital, i really have no idea what they've done with them as it up to them. i think they probably have sold most of them, as they haven't filed a form 5"

i thanked him for his time, and that was that.
