IMO dividends are paid to perferred share holders, the Walters. It looks to me that they, Monarch Bay Associates, loaned money to Monarch Staffing and in retern they received preferred shares at a discount rate. The Walters hold NO common shares so why should they care about the stock price? There seems to be other ways MSTF pays them as well, salaries and consultants, which is a blank check. No concern for the common shareholders, none!!!
