So it looks like dapper Dan decided use some shares to pay a for a pump instead putting his efforts into bringing the SEC filings up to date. This is starting to smell. Months ago people were posting that "SIOR is not your "ordinary PINK", it is a real company with real assets.....etc". The scenario you just described puts SIOR back into the ordinary PINK category.
