Dood, when it comes to that you would be better getting an answer from Hurt or Slide, someone like that.

I can only say that is how the convertibles or shares owned by the company or officers like Portner would be sold thru VFIN, NITE or one of those MM's.

As to the mechanics of it they can answer much better than me.
