Is that clear enough? Pretty sneaky move. His greatest fear before the settlement was for CR or his lawyers to notice this manuever but nobody did.
And now he THINKS nobody is going to notice the Auric acreage disappearing. He also THINKS if he just continues to hide under his desk like a little girl and avoid answering questions that all will be well. All he has to do is keep instructing his little hitsquad to silence the critics and post a lot of BS. This is what's been going on for years...and he's been getting away with it. The NIR fund holders all got hosed. Do you want to let it continue? Then do nothing. Otherwise join a few shareholders who've had enough and let's get him arrested once and for all. That's your best chance at recouping some losses. Sue the SOB.
