wow both girls in college !! Are they both in-state ? Both our kids went to school driving distance from us. That saved some $$.
And yesssss the house has a dock, lol. That was a mandatory requirement. And the dock has a boat lift, lights, electricity, and water ! We'll be moving our boat there in March (we're having it trucked).
Our marina fees were $4K/year, so when you factor in that and some other stuff, the cost of owning the place isn't as bad as multiplying the mortgage payment by 12.
So here are some pics. The place is small -- 1800 sq ft, but it looks big fom the water, lol. Also there's no reeds/wetlands on our waterfront. There's actually some sand !
