CORT - It seems surprising that Corlux was approved based on a single arm trial. NVS ran a randomized trial for Signifor. Signifor is already approved in the EU though for some reason it hasn't been submitted for approval in the US. Anyone know why they never submitted the NDA?

Any opinions on how well CORT would do selling the drug? 5000 patients and no competition for now seems promising.
