Wouldnt it have been great if the VA, Tricare and Transition assistance reps, briefed PHR options at the exeutive transition assistance program course. A PHR that not only streamlines VA claim filing, as opposed to making three hard copies and hand delivering original to VA, instead to a third party PHR firm (MMR) to knowck out all the birds with one stone. In transition, it sends an electronic copy to VA upon completion of all separations physicals and claim secondary physicals while enduring as the now veterant's PHR in working with either VA health, his own private care (bluecross) in a second career, or any option for that matter. All plug an play becuase of the PHR he got while on active duty in transtion out.
