Genuine questions:

If the "chill" was put on from improper dilution as some think, why did it take the DTC a full week to enact the chill?

If it wasn't placed due to improper handling of dilution, what caused the DTC to place the chill?

Does it appear the shareholder updates are always a day or two late as if IR is waiting to see what people are saying? Then just regurgitating the words and ideas of investors vs their own original thoughts?

Shouldn't they be the ones initiating, not the one reacting?

Perhaps it's just inexperience and pressure in the wake of all judging eyes focused on their every move.

Even though there isn't any dramatic change to the overall goal that I'm aware of, I'm ever more wary today than any other. All this chit chat here has me confused. Oy!!
