A stock buyback is very significant. I'm surprised the stock hasn't moved up more on that kind of news. We have to assume it will move a lot, eventually. Everything sounds very good on PBLS.

Meanwhile WTER is now .29. Nice! Note I first mentioned it back in January. It's up a higher percentage than any other stock on my watch list right now.
