I you want to invest in NWMT:

1. Wait and look again after the next reverse split. They can't get out of this mess without a R/S (Would be the 4th in their history)
2. Wait till the owner of 51% of the company shares has converted ALL of his preferred shares.
3. Wait at least for an audited 10 K.
