What this company does is buys services from bigger companies such as At&t and others at cheap costs and then provides servcies to people who are not able to purchase services through there local companies at very low rates.

If this new guy is as good as everyone is saying, this could really take off. Especially when their is government support involved. That's what the big news was last year that they got a huge grant from the government. Now we will see what happens this year. By the way, this must be a half legit company, cause they keep their website updated. Remember, part of the news was that this would be one of the biggest prepaid phone services by 2013. Just saying.... still could happen with the way things are going.
