Agree that wasn't the brightest move, putting the carriage before the horse like that but I'm still cautiously optimistic about a big short term move here. Companies generally don't PR when they plan to dilute but they're practically letting us know in this case with the succession of the A/S increase and PR campaign.

Promos better be nice a juicy for that 14k to be well spent.
