Yep.

There are certain things that lead me to believe that they are either debt free or really close.

But it's a belief. A hope. A desire.

It isn't fact until the company releases an 8k.

And that's what I love about this company. They release 8k's, not PRs.

Nobody...and I mean nobody screws with the SEC.
