They are delayed for the Germany listing because some rule changes - His contact for the listing was out of office when this happened, so are now working on it. Should be done within weeks?

Gandy is considering Canada listing also. Not much paperwork is required and simple to do, so he's thinking of listing in Canada.

Buy back of shares won't be anytime soon. They will have to make $$$ from the new listings to buy back shares.

About Joe's letter... not 100% sure, but the way it was filed didn't meet some standards, so he had to pull it???

Explained the mistakes for the rigs and other projects - Mainly that PGIE jumped the gun and have learned from it and will only send PR's when it's complete.

After the call emailed him about Etrade divi's and Gandy called me back. He said that the certs should be delivered to Etrade within a day or two and I should see them soon also said don't hesitate to call him with any questions.
