This is from memory so please excuse an discrepencys with reality.

Wells Fargo was first mentioned when Glob told us he had spoken with Kuni and that Kuni had told him that they were arranging flights for all neccessary parties to meet in Chicago for the closing of the deal.

I told him a few times (And stand by my statement) that there is absolutely no reason whatsoever that they would need to travel to Chicago to close this deal.

Glob then told me that is where Wells Fargo's "home office" was.

I was dumbfounded. First, Kuni in the "home office" of on of the largest banks in America. (this was about 2 weeks after we were presented with financial so sloppy the 10th grade accounting teacher would have run out of red ink). Second, Wells Fargo is based in San Francisco, and has a relatively small presence in Chicago.

Made me questions lots of things.
