every person who invested in EXPH is responsible
for their own DD >> stock manipulation is something
i posted about in real time on this board when i saw it
in action re: curious trades done between the two
orchestrated runs >> do a search of curious trades (2009)
and note what comes up >> because this was noted by me
b4 the 2nd *run* >>> there were still gushing fawning
posts that vetted every aspect of EXPO posted daily

the fact
that i took my concerns to the authorities was also
posted about contemporaneously and *mocked* >> which
can also be read if one chooses to read posts circa sept 2009

the only aspect that mattered to me was whether mgmt sold
one share in either run >> then as the jigsaw pieced together
over the following months re: who was responsible for it

not being a participant or a co. insider i had to piece aspects
together as they occurred in *REAL TIME*

at each and every step of the way i posted info (up to and
including the tape of exph trades) as well contacting the TA
for EXPH's SS daily from MAR 2010 when mgmt raised their AS

when a co. can't outlast efforts utilized against it >> it dies
