Let me ask you this truthseeker. This company is certainly vague most of the time and the recent prs have all been a joke. The one thing in all this that I cannot wrap my head around is why Mark Canton would continue to associate with the company. He is the real deal with an extensive resume in Hollywood so why associate with this company? I find the whole thing perplexing.

Scott has a valuable library that has potential, but he runs this company like a jackass. I have suspision that Scott really did not know what he was getting into with Altounian. Scott is not the shapest knife in the drawer, but he has made a lot money in the past because of the talented people he had surrounded himself at Malibu for instance. Can you elaborate on any of this?

Yes.

First off a WARNING to new BUYERS: pretty soon, and they WON'T do a press release about this, this entire PUBLIC COMPANY will be run out of Scott's (post-divorce) Apartment....so yeah....

Now...as for Canton, I cannot speak for the man but they way I understand it is that they are very close friends. Canton, humors Scott...like when your kid brother asks if we can play outfield in the big-kids game....you say yes but know he'll never do anything to help or hurt the game.

Scott is a moron. That's not fair. Scott is a very good, devious business man. He has NOT A SINGLE CREATIVE BONE IN HIS BODY. He has ZERO moral compass. He surrounds himself with talented people (but only talented people he can control/own) and then proceeds to force his bad ideas on them and take credit for their good ones.

The library, in truth, ISN'T worth anything. This is how the whole Platinum scam works...they make it seem like all those characters are worth a damn to people that really know nothing of comics or that world when the truth is they are worth shit. The stories are all derivative of something else that already exists but was done better elsewhere. The designs and characters are all cheesy and NOTHING that comes out of Platinum is respected by the comic-community at large. So what does that leave? Other, non-informed, Hollywood-types who think they're optioning some AMAZING COMIC when in fact what they are getting is half-baked idea and some cover art.

Hope that helps answer some questions and save some people some losses.
