As I read it, yes it is required, but does not require ex- managemant to do it!

Again if this Reciver is allowing ex- management to have any part in any capacity of this company.

Then we shareholders need to patition the judge to appoint another Reciver , because this one is too dumb to realize ex-managent are crooks and scam-artist.
