The problem is that these attorneys have been involed with this company a very short time and only know what the lying ex-management told them.

They have no further business with CLYW and should not be representing or advising anyone about this company. You and I know more about this company then they will ever know or care to know.

The Reciever needs to lock the doors, seize all the documents before ex- management distroys them, if they have not all ready do that! And send in a liquidation firm to sell any office furniture before they steal that also.
