ROFL..There were no mistakes made. Treaty found oil and had to release the PR to satisfy the SEC rules. If they had not released the news..that would have been a mistake..and I am sure the few non believers here would be saying.."I'm going to call the SEC and report Treaty because they did not release the PR in a timely manner"..LMAO..Treaty is a fully reporting company and they know what they are doing.
