None of the above, as I tried to make clear:

Caveat Emptor was created by management's incessant streams of horrendous failures. Buyback, financing, manufacturing plants, US Navy, UN, Retail, US Army were some of the bigger ones. A chronic lack of fiduciary duty and the audacity to think they could somehow get away with it in ever increasing fashion. Current Information Reporting fiasco culminated in the crowning insult for most longs. A complete departure from the truth and/or reality.

Long story short they had it coming years ago and it finally caught up with them. MHO
